The salesman was very good. We got the info we needed quickly. We’re hoping to enjoy the van for several years. We weren’t expecting to make decisions about malfunction insurance for a used van so we didn’t have much time to consider. It would be good to mention the basics to people who are seriously interested so they have time to think about what they want/need.

He was concerned for my needs and answered every possible question, and supplied useful ideas in my final selection. The Service Center at Dahl Chevy in Winona is the best there is anywhere. I’ve lived all over the country and have never found service that is as dependable, trustworthy and credible as Russ, Jarrad and the rest of the folks in this shop. We had a very pleasant experience with Nate and Amanda. Nate did everything he could to make sure buying a car went smoothly and Amanda had everything ready to go for us to sign the paperwork. As always I had amazing service. I had done some research on a problem my car was having and told the service team what I had found. They said that they would start there and see what they could find.. sure enough what I had said was wrong was actually the problem and they fixed that right away.. my car was only down a few days which was the weekend and that was because of the part not getting to the shop till Monday.. I will only be taking my Acadia to Dahl GMC because they are 100% upfront with everything ...

My interior was very dirty with greasy handprints on door handle , steering wheel and some footprints. Disappointed

I had to have my transmission replaced and the Dahl service team couldn't have made it any easier. Their communication was excellent and they didn't all the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Oil change was fine (although a very long wait). However, upon arriving home, the cord for the block heater was not outside of hood as it was when I drove in. Upon opening the hood, the cord was laying across the top of the radiator...the cover for the plug is melted and unusable...the prongs for the plug are bent...I am very disappointed. *update* Have spoken with Russ (totally professional) a replacement part will be ordered and shipped to me. Thank you for a good resolution to this problem...review updated.
