I was surprised to find out my free oil change package had expired after two years. Only drive mostly in town so put on few miles and didn't use up the oil changes. Will be smarter next time and not purchase that package on a new vehicle.

Jarred kept ne i formed and followed through on what he said was going to happen. The constant text from whoever is doing this however is very annoying. This is the only reason I would go to another shop for my service.

What I had gone to Dahl Chevrolet GNC Winona was for warranty work. It was a 6 hour job and they where so kind when I dropped my car off so early in the morning. R=Than I had a half day with girlfriends-lunch, chatting and just enjoying. When it was close to the 6 hours Yhey took me back to the dealership and I only had to wait a few minutes and my vehicle was complete. It was such and awesome day!
Our salesman, Nate (& manager, Dennis) went above and beyond to find the 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali we wanted. Nate kept us informed us all steps and even contacted us on his days off to insure we knew what was happening. This is the second vehicle purchased with Nate and third vehicle since 2022. With great sales leaders like Nate working for Dahl, we will definitely be back and appreciate everything Nate (& Dennis) did for us.

Bought a truck from Dahl in 2024 and they have been nothing but fantastic with servicing it for me. I purchased an extended warranty that has saved me a lot with some issues that happened and they have helped me with everything every single time. Staff in service are amazing, personable, kind, efficient and they always make me feel appreciated when I am there. It has been the best experience!

I needed my oil checked for the 1000 mile check. The service man didn’t understand what I was telling him. He wasn’t going to check it until I finally told him that I understood the plan that GM has for the 3000 thousand mile procedure. I then told him to just check the oil. He finally did. This made me wonder about him. They said they had to add some oil. I will bring the car back for a simple check before we leave for Milwaukee. I don’t want any problems when we are on our way.

I got my truck in shortly after calling about a leak in my rear window. It was fixed and back out to me the next day after dropping it off and looks to be good to go. They verified the leak was gone after the repair was done by spraying water directly on the affected area. Very satisfied with the service.
