Stopped in to charge my EV at their fast charger. I was having some trouble with the machine and a very nice employee helped me out and also said I could have some free snacks and drinks inside the dealership. Much appreciated on a warm day 🙂

I brought my vehicle in for service in regards to a creaking noise outside under the vehicle a strut was changed and was informed the noise is gone whoever the noise is still there if not worse now

Great experience overall , they explained the warranty I needed and got straight to the point. When I was given the keys through it was just goodbye no one went over anything in the car. I purchased online so thought maybe I would get a brief tour.

He provided so much time to help this first time EV buyer with all the information I needed to make a fully informed decision. His clear explanations and patience with many follow-up questions was deeply appreciated. He clearly wanted me to make the decision that best my needs, and not force a sale. I can't recommend him and this dealership highly enough.

My car broke down on the way to eastern Wisconsin. They were able to get my vehicle in the next day, as it was closing time when we got there. They sent videos and messages with vehicle updates. Staff were courteous and helpful. They also were able to fix a recall from awhile back that have been waiting on the part locally. The only con is the price for repairs. Which is probably typical for dealerships . Would go back if my vehicle ever breaks down near winona again. Thank you!
